Expectations:

• Technical excellence: Dancers must have a strong foundation in ballet and at least one other style of dance, such as jazz, modern, or contemporary. They should be able to perform complex choreography with precision and artistry.

• Discipline and commitment: Dancers must be willing to work hard and be dedicated to their craft. They should be punctual and reliable, and they should be willing to put in the extra hours to learn new choreography and refine their skills.

• Teamwork: Dancers must be able to work well with others and be supportive of their teammates. They should be able to take direction and feedback from their choreographers and teachers.

• Positive attitude: Dancers should be positive and enthusiastic about their dancing. They should be willing to learn and grow, and they should be supportive of their teammates.

In addition to the above, company dancers are also expected to:

• Attend rehearsals and performances.

• Maintain a good academic standing.

• Represent the company in a professional manner.

• Participate in fundraising and community outreach activities.
