  • Primary Tumble

    Ages 4.5-6

    This class offers young dancers an introduction to the fundamentals of tumbling that will provide the building blocks necessary for their potential development in dance and overall fitness. By learning the benefits of flexibility, balance, strength, and body control inherent in all aspects of tumbling, your child will be better equipped to safely enjoy and excel in all of his or her future athletic endeavors.

  • Acro 1

    Dancer must be evaluated for this level

    Explore the fusion of dance and acrobatics. Learn balance, flexibility, and basic partner skills. Skills include splits, bridges, forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and beginning walkovers. Focus on teamwork and foundational confidence.

  • Acro 2

    Dancer must be evaluated for this level

    Progress with back walkovers (supported), front walkovers, elbow handstand, and chest stand. Here we learn to blend dance and acrobatics more seamlessly. This class develops strength, flexibility, and fluid transitions for routines.

  • Acro 3

    Dancer must be evaluated for this level

    Master opposite walkovers, combinations in tumbling, chest stands, elbow stands, and partner work. Some additional skills that will be learned: switch leg back walkover, switch leg front walkover, one-handed back walkover, one-handed front walkover, front handspring, and side aerials (introduction). This class works with incorporating their skills into choreography on a weekly basis.

  • Acro 4

    Dancer must be evaluated for this level

    Students will learn how to execute one handed front walk-over, one handed back walk-over, side aerial, front aerial, back hand spring, round off back hand spring, back hand spring step out, press hand stands, walking on hands, spider, connections (ex: cartwheel back walk-over back hand spring step out), some partner or group acro stunts.

  • Acro 5

    Dancer must be evaluated for this level

    Take your acrobatics to the highest level with one-handed walkovers, tucks, layouts, and advanced lifts. Embrace your unique style as we craft innovative routines, focusing on top-tier performance techniques and skills.
